Cate has more than 25 years in the construction industry. She meets with homeowners to conceptualize their ideas and wishes. She does the initial design leg work before turning it over to the architecture and engineering team. Cate also works to prepare budget estimations, product selections, and other key factors that determine the successfulness of your project.
